24Thirteen Branding Design

24Thirteen is a local Indiana based honey company. The logo, label, and digital mockup of the bottles were designed as part of a class project with a real-world client.

Concepts
|
The logo concepts started out as hand drawn raster images in Adobe Photoshop. Using simple shapes, I started experimenting with different options.

Logo Design
|
I decided to give the logo a "stamped" appearance to give it a more natural, organic look. The hexagon design of the bee matches the hexagon shape of honeycomb.

Label Design
|
|
The label design is printed on recycled brown paper to keep with the organic feel of the product. The design features blank spaces to fill in additional information, that way only one label is needed. With the wrap-around design, the label can be customized to fit any size bottle.

Digital Mockup
|
|
This digital mockup was created in Adobe Photoshop. The image of the bottles came from freepik.com. I then digitally applied the label to give the client a visual representation of what the finished product will look like.

Sticker Option
|
|
A smaller sticker option was also requested for use on smaller honey squeeze bottles. The oval shape best fit these bottle types, as well as a State Dept. of Health warning message.
